Provides managerial and clinical supervision for nursing departments during assigned shifts. Coordinates bed placement, staffing assignments, and reallocations to maintain safe patient care. Represents nursing administration, enforces policies, and takes corrective action when needed. Supports, directs, educates, and counsels nursing staff to achieve patient-care and organizational goals.

Provides managerial and clinical supervision across nursing departments during an assigned shift. Coordinates bed placement, staffing assignments, and reallocations to maintain safe patient care. Represents nursing leadership and administration, enforces policies and procedures, takes corrective action, and supports staff through direction, education, and counseling. Requires an RN license, nursing degree, BLS, ACLS, PALS, and CPI certifications, plus three to five years of acute-care hospital nursing experience and CCU or ED experience.

Assist clinical laboratory operations: receive and process specimens, centrifuge, load CBCs and chemistry analyzers, pour and run urines, process send-outs, perform waived testing, maintain specimen integrity, empty tube system, handle phone triage, and perform occasional phlebotomy.
