Teams at Columbus Regional Airport Authority

Leads integrated marketing, advertising, brand management, and enterprise customer experience strategy for the airport authority. Oversees multichannel campaigns, paid media, creative development, agency and vendor relationships, budgets, performance measurement, customer insights, brand standards, and traveler service improvements. Provides leadership and coaching to staff and external partners while coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

Manage procurement solicitations and contracts for airport departments: create solicitation/contract documents, lead selection teams, evaluate bids, negotiate awards, approve purchase orders in Workday, monitor contract expirations and vendor performance, handle records retention and public record requests, administer surplus property disposal, and advise staff on procurement matters.

Lead requirements elicitation, document business and functional specifications, map as‑is/to‑be processes, define project charters and WBS, maintain enterprise project list, liaise between business and IT, and drive process improvement using Lean and change management techniques.
