Teams at Columbus Regional Airport Authority

Performs account analyses, reconciliations, journal entries, and month-end and year-end close activities. Manages accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, banking, fixed assets, budgets, expense reimbursements, and purchasing card transactions. Supports audits, financial reporting, tax reporting, and process improvement initiatives while maintaining accurate financial records.

Leads integrated marketing, advertising, brand management, and enterprise customer experience strategy for the airport authority. Oversees multichannel campaigns, paid media, creative development, agency and vendor relationships, budgets, performance measurement, customer insights, brand standards, and traveler service improvements. Provides leadership and coaching to staff and external partners while coordinating cross-functional initiatives.

Lead and manage CRAA's HR functions including talent acquisition, total rewards, benefits, payroll/HR systems, learning and development, compensation, onboarding, employee engagement, compliance, and HR budgeting. Provide strategic oversight, drive process improvements, partner with leaders on organizational initiatives, and coach a high-performing HR team.
