Provide direct support to Veterans in transitional housing by helping them integrate into the program, maintain stability, and work toward housing, sobriety, daily living, and self-sufficiency goals. Collaborate with direct-care and case-management teams, support service plans, connect Veterans with community resources, and assist with crisis de-escalation and daily activities across day, swing, night, and on-call shifts.

Provides front-desk reception and administrative support at an onsite service center. Responsibilities include answering phones, greeting visitors, distributing mail, scheduling meeting rooms and company vehicles, ordering supplies, maintaining company vehicles, running errands, coordinating with offsite administrative staff, and performing light janitorial and shared-space upkeep. Requires sound judgment, organization, flexibility, communication skills, driving, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.

Oversee psychiatric nursing services across behavioral health programs, ensuring medically appropriate care, documentation, medication compliance, and adherence to professional standards. Manage nursing staff and operations, develop and evaluate quality assurance measures, and administer wellness programming for residential and supportive housing clients. The role requires occasional travel between programs, on-call phone availability, a valid Oregon RN license, psychiatric or community mental health experience, staff management experience, a driver’s license, and background-check clearance.
