Administer the accommodation and leave programs, including ADA interactive processes and Oregon leave requirements. Support benefits, wellbeing, compliance, vendor coordination, employee communications, reporting, and process improvement initiatives. Partner with HR, Payroll, Legal, managers, employees, and external vendors while handling confidential information and sensitive employee situations. Contribute to vendor evaluations, RFPs, annual enrollment planning, implementations, and cross-functional HR projects.

Leads multiple engineering teams delivering and supporting Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Order Management, and Service Cloud solutions. Oversees architecture, development, testing, deployment, integrations, production reliability, incident response, CI/CD, security, and operational monitoring. Partners with product, architecture, and business stakeholders to manage priorities, dependencies, risks, and delivery across digital commerce workflows. Develops engineering talent through hiring, coaching, performance management, and continuous improvement.

The Principal Enterprise Architect will design and guide enterprise integration architecture across Columbia Sportswear’s brands. Responsibilities include developing architectural plans, establishing standards and reusable patterns, advising engineering and business leaders, evaluating cloud and integration technologies, mentoring teams, managing architectural risks and costs, and collaborating with vendors. The role requires leadership across complex initiatives, strong communication and facilitation skills, and experience integrating enterprise applications using cloud services, APIs, and modern programming languages.
