Serve as a brand ambassador delivering exceptional customer service, operate POS and in-store systems, maintain merchandising and store standards, handle cash transactions, process inventory flow, and perform designated keyholder duties including opening and closing the store.

Manage end-to-end supply chain operations by monitoring factory output, validating capacity, coordinating buys, optimizing VAS/shipping, overseeing sample logistics, onboarding and training partners, supporting SC projects, and driving continuous improvement to meet business targets.

Provide exceptional customer service, assist shoppers with product selection, operate cash register and POS, maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness, handle inventory receiving/replenishment, and support store profitability and safety while working a flexible retail schedule.
