Operate, install, maintain, align, troubleshoot, and repair industrial grain-handling equipment (conveyors, motors, gearboxes, bucket elevators). Perform preventative/predictive maintenance, read blueprints/schematics, assist with machinery startup, follow Lockout/Tagout and OSHA safety procedures, work rotating shifts, and support operations with safe rigging and mechanical repairs.

Provide onsite administrative and facilities support for Portland headquarters, supporting front desk operations, office logistics, events, travel and expense coordination, and non-confidential HR administrative tasks. Serve as primary onsite contact for employees, vendors, and visitors and assist the Executive Assistant and HR with employee experience initiatives.
