Provides Tier 2 technical support for end-user computing environments across multiple locations. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware, operating systems, Microsoft 365, cloud services, networking, VOIP, mobile devices, and business applications; managing tickets, assets, accounts, patches, documentation, and escalations; supporting projects and vendors; and delivering user training. The role requires bilingual English and French communication, occasional non-business-hours availability, significant domestic and international travel, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Oversee site-level HR operations, including recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, development, retention, compliance, and employee relations. Provide coaching to HR staff, build relationships across the organization, communicate with employees and leaders, manage competing priorities, and support organizational projects. Travel between locations as business needs require.

Leads capital, process improvement, equipment, and new product projects from initiation through close-out. Responsibilities include budgeting, cost tracking, vendor and contractor coordination, commissioning, safety compliance, maintenance initiatives, equipment rebuilds, shutdowns, documentation, training, and cross-functional coordination across Engineering, Maintenance, and Operations in an on-site manufacturing environment.
