Leads Columbia College’s Office of Career Services, overseeing strategic planning, career advising, student employment, experiential learning, employer partnerships, programming, staff supervision, budgets, technology, communications, and assessment. The role develops workforce-readiness initiatives, including AI workplace preparation, supports students and alumni across disciplines, manages career events and systems, and ensures services align with NACE standards and institutional outcomes.

Provides executive-level administrative and office management support to the Provost and Academic Affairs, including calendar management, meeting coordination, correspondence, travel arrangements, confidential records, budget tracking, faculty contracts, events, and cross-department communication. The role also supports special projects, prepares reports, maintains files, coordinates invoices and supplies, and ensures efficient daily operations while exercising discretion, initiative, accuracy, and professionalism.

The Dean leads the School of Education, overseeing academic programs, curriculum development, accreditation, faculty hiring and evaluation, student issues, budgets, grants, recruitment, and external partnerships. The role requires strategic leadership, program assessment, state and national compliance, faculty development, and collaboration with college administration, admissions, and marketing. The Dean will also guide advanced graduate and potential doctoral program development while representing the School and College externally.

Provide leadership and delivery of information literacy and research instruction for undergraduate programs, develop and assess learning outcomes, create workshops and LibGuides, support in-person and online students, supervise student assistants, participate in reference and evening desk coverage, and collaborate with campus partners to integrate library services and assessment.

The Online Academic Advisor provides academic advising and support for online students, helping with course selection, registration, and student success services, while ensuring compliance with college policies.

The Development Manager secures philanthropic support from corporations and foundations, manages proposals, and maintains relationships with key donors to enhance Columbia College's mission and funding initiatives.
