Summer 2027 internships may be available across bioscience research, animal operations, and corporate functions including operations, IT, HR, finance, legal, and marketing. Internships are on-site in Dallas, Texas, run from approximately June through August, and are intended for current U.S. university students who have completed at least one undergraduate year. Applicants must have U.S. work authorization without visa assistance.

Leads end-to-end documentary and original entertainment productions from concept through delivery. Responsibilities include developing schedules and budgets, managing crews, vendors, talent, equipment, locations, permits, field execution, safety, post-production workflows, approvals, and final deliverables. The producer will also build scalable production pipelines, allocate resources across concurrent projects, negotiate contracts, and coordinate creative, scientific, marketing, and operational teams.

Capture and shape cinematic video and photography across laboratories, field expeditions, interviews, and scripted productions. Serve as Director of Photography, managing composition, camera movement, lighting, gear selection, and production logistics. Develop scalable camera packages, adapt to documentary and controlled environments, and collaborate with post-production on color pipelines, LUTs, and visual consistency across social, YouTube, and experiential content.

Edit and organize footage from laboratory, field, and de-extinction activities into compelling long-form, short-form, and social content. Responsibilities include building string-outs and selects, managing media and asset libraries, creating platform-specific edits, supporting brand sizzles, performing basic audio cleanup and color correction, sourcing music, and maintaining organized post-production workflows.

Supports documentary and original productions across pre-production, field shoots, laboratory work, and post-production. Coordinates schedules, call sheets, logistics, gear, travel, vendors, crew needs, paperwork, media organization, backups, edits, exports, and content delivery. Provides on-set assistance, manages transitions and gear movement, tracks progress and approvals, and resolves last-minute issues while maintaining an efficient, calm production environment.
