Provides technical support for manufacturing compounding lines, including new-product trials, process development, startup, production troubleshooting, continuous improvement, waste reduction, quality enhancement, equipment effectiveness, and process control. Develops engineering studies, production structures, procedures, and cost analyses; monitors manufacturing trends; supports customer complaint investigations; trains personnel; and promotes safety and sustainability.

Paid, part-time onsite internship supporting procurement and supply chain activities, including supplier and market research, spend analysis, reporting, purchase order tracking, sourcing initiatives, supplier documentation, and meeting preparation. The intern will gain exposure to raw material procurement, manufacturing operations, inventory management, supplier relationships, and cross-functional business processes while developing analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Paid, part-time onsite internship supporting Colortech’s Sales and Commercial Teams. The intern will assist with market and industry research, customer presentations, meeting preparation, sales calls, customer visits, and cross-functional projects while learning about plastics manufacturing and industrial sales. The role develops communication, organization, analytical, and professional skills and is intended for students pursuing careers in sales, business development, or commercial leadership.
