Support color product development from concept through launch: brief manufacturers and labs, develop and evaluate shade ranges, analyze sales and trends, manage multiple projects, collaborate cross-functionally, ensure regulatory compliance and cost targets, and resolve formula or stability issues.

Lead ColourPop's visual language across packaging, digital, retail, and paid media. Own structural and graphic packaging design from concept to production, direct a team of three designers, translate brand strategy into omnichannel creative, manage fast-paced launch operations, and ensure design consistency and commercial performance.

The Account Manager will drive growth for ColourPop at Ulta, developing sales plans and collaborating with cross-functional teams to reach business goals.
