Manages creator relationships, agencies, platforms, campaign benchmarks, and a coordinator while using analytics to optimize spend and drive brand and business results.

Leads end-to-end primary and secondary packaging development for beauty product launches, from concept through commercialization. Manages packaging timelines, suppliers, costs, testing, technical qualification, sustainability initiatives, and cross-functional collaboration. Responsibilities include sourcing global vendors, negotiating costs and lead times, ensuring quality and regulatory compliance, troubleshooting technical issues, and developing innovative, sustainable packaging solutions aligned with brand and operational requirements.

Manage and supervise accounting operations across revenue, receivables, payables, fixed assets, inventory, intercompany transactions, and general ledger activities. Lead monthly close, journal entries, reconciliations, financial statement preparation, sales and use tax review, audit support, and internal control improvements. Provide mentorship to the accounting team and ensure compliance with US GAAP and reporting deadlines.
