Provide individualized and group career coaching for undergraduate and graduate business students and alumni; integrate career readiness into curricula and programs; build relationships with faculty, employers, and alumni; facilitate employer and experiential learning opportunities; participate in center operations and events to advance student career outcomes.

Plan, coordinate, and run large-scale career engagement programs (career fairs, networking, experiential programs). Manage event workflows and data in Handshake, Salesforce, and uConnect. Provide guidance to departments and student organizations, track participation metrics, collaborate with Career Management Center, and support occasional evening events. Ensure compliance with background check and work-authorization requirements.

Coordinate and implement Cook Inlet beluga prey and habitat monitoring including field operations, equipment deployment (acoustic, sensors, cameras), data collection (visual, acoustic, eDNA, environmental), QA/QC, GIS and data management, reporting, and supervision of seasonal field crews while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance at JBER.
