Coordinates academic records, registration transactions, transcript and degree conferral processes, and domestic transfer credit evaluations. Provides student-centered customer service and enrollment expertise to students, faculty, and staff while ensuring FERPA and regulatory compliance. Develops procedures and training materials, mentors colleagues, resolves complex records issues, and supports process improvement and cross-functional initiatives. The role requires occasional schedule adjustments, including some nights, weekends, and holidays, and follows a hybrid work arrangement.

Develops and supports research reporting solutions, including Power BI dashboards, data models, datasets, data flows, SQL queries, and ETL processes. Integrates data from databases, cloud services, APIs, and SaaS platforms; maintains warehouse reporting accuracy; provides data to external stakeholders; documents solutions; trains users; and collaborates with administrators and university stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and improve reporting products.

Lead the Professional Science Master’s program in Zoo, Aquaria, and Animal Shelter Management through graduate teaching, student advising, capstone supervision, academic progress monitoring, and career development. Build external partnerships that support experiential learning, recruit and onboard partner organizations, coordinate applied learning opportunities, assess student outcomes, and contribute to undergraduate experiential learning initiatives. Provide occasional supervision to graduate student assistants.
