Colorado Health Network (CHN) is a statewide nonprofit health services organization serving people living with or affected by HIV and other health conditions. Founded in 1983, it provides integrated medical, oral, behavioral health, prevention, testing, PrEP, case management, housing, nutrition, insurance enrollment, medication access, and emergency assistance. CHN’s mission is to meet evolving needs through equitable prevention, care, and advocacy across Colorado.
