Provide high-level administrative support to the Head of School and Academic Dean: manage complex calendars, organize meetings/travel, handle confidential communications, write and distribute school information, manage special projects, welcome visitors/callers, and support event planning and departmental tasks.

Supports certified instructional staff by reinforcing student learning and behavior individually or in small groups, assisting with assessments, attendance and grade logging, classroom management, remote-class prep, and substituting as needed under Academic Dean supervision.

Provide comprehensive health and medical care for students and staff: first aid, emergency care, assessments, screenings, health records, immunization follow-up, develop health care plans, collaborate with families and providers, supervise Health Tech, and serve on school teams.
