Provides onsite desktop and IT support by diagnosing hardware and software issues, supporting Windows and Mac endpoints, deploying and maintaining devices, managing software licensing and inventory, documenting solutions, resolving service tickets, coordinating with vendors, and assisting users remotely or in person. The role requires three years of desktop support experience, after-hours on-call participation, and strong knowledge of Active Directory, GPO, Office 365, SCCM, and desktop operating systems.

Leads talent acquisition and broad HR operations, including recruiting strategy, employee relations, investigations, performance management, compliance, leave and accommodation programs, compensation processes, succession planning, and HR project initiatives. Manages and develops HR staff, advises organizational leaders, monitors recruitment metrics, supports employee engagement and retention, and partners with internal departments to deliver compliant and effective HR services.

Develops business intelligence solutions for healthcare quality operations, including gathering requirements, analyzing complex claims and performance data, building Power BI and SSRS reports, interpreting trends, and presenting actionable findings to senior management. The role addresses data quality issues, creates analytical tools, supports quality program metrics, and partners with quality, finance, operations, and business leaders on reporting and process improvement.
