Manages accounting, reporting, compliance, reconciliations, and financial administration for restricted gifts, grants, endowments, and donor-supported funds. Reviews agreements and expenditures, prepares financial reports and audit schedules, supports month-end and year-end close, maintains internal controls, and collaborates with Development, Finance, and program leaders to ensure accurate coding, donor compliance, and transparent fund management.

Facilitates established enterprise learning and development programs for employees, vendors, and volunteers. Leads weekly new employee orientation, prepares materials, engages adult learners, manages classroom and virtual technology, records attendance and feedback, and supports continuous program improvement. The role requires consistent curriculum delivery, strong communication, flexibility, cross-functional collaboration, and reliable weekday availability.

Writes, edits, and proofreads fundraising appeals, donor communications, grant proposals, newsletters, web content, and development materials. Conducts interviews and research to create accurate, persuasive, mission-focused content. Builds email campaigns, updates donor-facing web pages, coordinates creative assets, and ensures communications follow institutional voice and quality standards.
