Leads site safety and OSHA compliance for a distribution center. Responsibilities include hazard assessments, inspections, incident and root-cause investigations, CAPA, safety training, emergency preparedness, PPE and fire/life safety, MHE authorization, ergonomics, audits, safety metrics, and corrective action planning. Partners with Operations, HR, Maintenance, and Quality to strengthen safety culture and reduce workplace risk.

Handles inside sales for electrical and lighting products by identifying customer needs, recommending merchandise, preparing quotations, processing orders, soliciting new and repeat business, resolving order and billing issues, coordinating deliveries, and supporting branch operations. The role requires product knowledge, customer relationship management, accurate sales documentation, pricing and delivery coordination, and effective communication with customers and coworkers.
