Leads the organization’s people strategy and HR function, partnering with the CEO and leadership team on workforce planning, culture, talent acquisition, succession, leadership development, performance management, compensation, benefits, compliance, employee relations, HR operations, and people analytics. Oversees HR technology, board-level reporting, and the HR team while supporting organizational growth and change across multiple locations.

Processes and verifies deposit-related transactions, including mobile and ATM deposits, account information, garnishments, levies, and returned checks. Organizes and files documents, conducts basic research, maintains accurate records, supports internal and external members, and follows regulatory requirements, fraud-prevention controls, and company procedures. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, prioritization, confidentiality, and proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
