Teams at Collins Community Credit Union

Performs commercial credit analysis, underwriting, risk assessment, loan structuring, collateral evaluation, and portfolio monitoring. Reviews financial statements, tax returns, repayment capacity, covenants, appraisals, and loan documentation. Identifies emerging risks, recommends mitigation or workout strategies, supports regulatory compliance, and presents recommendations to management and Loan Committee. Conducts borrower meetings, site visits, and collateral inspections while mentoring junior credit staff and improving credit administration practices.

Develop new Property and Casualty insurance business through prospecting, networking, referrals, consultations, proposals, presentations, and sales follow-up. Build client relationships, identify insurance needs, recommend solutions, overcome objections, close sales, meet production goals, maintain CRM records, and support client retention. The role requires strong communication, customer service, organization, and relationship-building skills, along with a Property and Casualty license or the ability to obtain one within 30 days.
