Support financial advisors with client service, account paperwork, securities transactions (per FINRA licensing), cash management, meeting coordination, compliance adherence, and collaboration with operations and custodians to resolve account issues while assisting business development and marketing initiatives.

The Executive Assistant will manage the Advisor's Outlook, improve workflow processes, handle communications, and organize meetings and travel. Requires customer service expertise and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Lead new business generation and REMS service sales across Northern California. Drive client relationships, price and transition new accounts, improve operational performance, collaborate with regional leadership, and deliver service excellence.
