Supports commercial real estate brokers through transaction coordination, client relationship management, marketing content creation, CRM administration, market research, listing management, and workflow coordination. Creates proposals, presentations, flyers, email campaigns, social media content, and other property marketing materials using Adobe and Microsoft tools. Maintains databases and listings, coordinates marketing assets, supports prospecting campaigns, and assists with analytical work and broker travel scheduling.

Supports a commercial real estate team with transaction tracking, database maintenance, proposal and presentation preparation, marketing collateral, lease paperwork, client communications, market surveys, tours, and event participation. The role combines administrative coordination, sales support, marketing assistance, and transactional management while requiring strong communication, initiative, Adobe InDesign, and Microsoft Office skills.
