Lead and grow the project management business for development services. Oversee all project phases—design, construction, occupancy—manage multidisciplinary teams, budgets, schedules, client relations, proposals, and business development for ground-up, TI, and third-party projects across office, healthcare, hospitality, retail, and mixed-use sectors.

Perform financial underwriting and market analysis for income-producing real estate using ARGUS/Excel; conduct due diligence, tenant and credit analysis, lease abstraction, produce reports, and support presentations and client deliverables.

As a real estate sales professional, you will manage operations, cold call, promote listings, prepare documentation, and eventually handle transactions independently.
