Supports and evolves internally developed applications across multiple global initiatives. Gathers and prioritizes requirements, writes user stories, manages Agile backlogs, triages production issues, coordinates with business and technical teams, facilitates workshops and sprint activities, oversees UAT, prepares release notes, and supports change management, training, KPI measurement, and user adoption.

Processes tenant billings, payments, and receivable activity for assigned properties. Records transactions in accounting systems, generates reports, conducts research, responds to inquiries, and coordinates cash management. The role requires accurate, timely processing in a high-volume environment, collaboration with stakeholders, and a customer-focused approach.

Manage commercial real estate lease transactions and tenant representation while serving as the primary client contact. Analyze client lease portfolios, perform cash flow and financial analyses, prepare written recommendations, review and negotiate lease terms, and support RFP and proposal responses. The role requires strong client relationship management, communication, prioritization, attention to detail, and proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
