Process and verify deal and transaction data using the Deal Tracking System; ensure SOX and revenue recognition compliance; manage invoicing, accounts receivable, deposits, and deal files; identify and correct data/process deficiencies; respond to brokers and sales staff; provide general financial clerical support.

The Associate will analyze properties, prospect for new business, maintain databases, prepare documentation, and manage sales transactions in multifamily investment sales.

The Transaction Manager will handle client relationships, manage lease transactions, perform lease portfolio analysis, and execute cash flow analyses to support decision-making.
