Leads Colliers Project Leaders’ national municipal sector strategy, growth, sales pipeline, priority pursuits, and multi-year roadmaps. Builds municipal capital delivery and advisory presence across Canada, develops client and industry relationships, guides business units on commercial strategy, and leads the sector team. Represents the organization through thought leadership, conferences, sector associations, and external partnerships while identifying market trends, required capabilities, and opportunities to expand the business.

Leads climate readiness, emergency management, disaster mitigation, and community recovery planning for governments, agencies, and Indigenous Governing Bodies. Assesses climate hazards and infrastructure vulnerabilities, develops resilience strategies, oversees advisory projects, manages quality and commercial risks, mentors multidisciplinary teams, supports proposals and business development, and manages client relationships. The role requires expertise in climate-related disasters, public-sector advisory work, stakeholder facilitation, financial modeling, and culturally appropriate community engagement.

Manages building, infrastructure, and capital improvement projects from concept development through occupancy and warranty inspections. Serves as the primary client contact, leads project and stakeholder meetings, oversees schedules, budgets, contracts, change management, payment certificates, documentation, and quality compliance. The role requires strong knowledge of construction methods, project management, financial models, building codes, contract law, and relevant legislation.
