Provide academic and career advising to prospective and enrolled students; develop retention, orientation, and student-success programs; assist with admissions, financial aid, registration, and VA benefits; refer students for support services and help them create academic and career plans.

Provide user support and develop, test, document, and maintain application programs and operational reports for administrative systems. Assist users, troubleshoot data issues, query databases, and work with Jenzabar and BI tools to produce and document reports.

Coordinate articulation, admissions, retention, recruitment, and program administration for Collegiate Academy and Dual Enrollment students. Develop agreements, reports, handbooks, and outreach; advise new dual enrollment students; chair exceptions committee; collaborate with college and K-12 partners; support recruitment and retention initiatives.
