Teams at College of Central Florida

Performs locksmith and carpentry-related maintenance for college facilities, including repairing and installing locks, doors, frames, and access systems. Manages keys, master key schedules, access cards, and related records. Completes renovation, remodeling, and general facilities work orders, reviews construction plans, coordinates with other trades and IT, and responds to emergencies. Requires flexibility for shifts, weekends, holidays, on-call coverage, and after-hours incidents.
