Coordinates employer, community, and college partnerships to support student job placement, internships, work-based learning, and career readiness. Manages career opportunities through the Career Services webpage and GradCast platform, supports Perkins Grant deliverables and industry certification initiatives, develops soft-skills programming, and collaborates with faculty, advisors, employers, and Talent Center staff. Provides guidance for retention, recruitment, workforce guarantee programs, and special-population initiatives.
