Lead technical design and implementation of client-side security protections for Bluebook across Windows, macOS, iPad, and ChromeOS. Provide hands-on coding (native and web), guide architecture and testing, mentor teammates, run mob programming, resolve complex production issues, and drive engineering standards, AI-augmented practices, and cross-team collaboration to build resilient, production-grade security solutions.

Supports digital assessment pilots, research studies, and technical readiness activities. Responsibilities include environment validation, configuration checks, smoke testing, device validation, defect and risk tracking, documentation, troubleshooting during live administration, and quality assurance. The role coordinates with product, technology, assessment delivery, and program management teams while executing defined project plans under senior guidance.

Lead day-to-day operations and service delivery for the Reston office, managing vendor relationships, security, meeting/event logistics, workplace technology, budget, data reporting, and a Coordinator direct-report to ensure a safe, welcoming, and well-run workplace.
