Lead design and delivery of enterprise identity solutions (IAM/IGA/PAM/machine identity). Define target architectures, run client workshops, guide implementations, ensure compliance to frameworks, mentor teams, produce documentation, and drive continuous improvement and practice development.

Lead and deliver change management initiatives: plan and execute client-facing change programs, facilitate workshops, drive adoption and readiness, manage project delivery, build client relationships, and support cross-functional transformation.

Design, configure, and integrate identity solutions across IAM, IGA, PAM, and machine identity. Automate deployments (Terraform/Bicep, PowerShell/Python, CI/CD), enforce policy-as-code and testing, ensure compliance controls, mentor teams, produce documentation/runbooks, and support client engagements, cutovers, and continuous improvement.
