Own CCaaS migration, digital experience delivery, security, privacy, reliability, and regulatory commitments. Build and mentor engineering leadership, partner cross-functionally, manage vendors, and report outcomes to executives using metrics such as contact reduction, cost-to-serve, satisfaction, and resolution rates.

Lead development and delivery of agentic AI systems for claims adjudication using Gemini and Vertex AI. Build production Python agents, implement RAG, grounding, stateful orchestration with human review, I/O guardrails, PHI protection, and optimize model behaviors and fine-tuning for accurate claims processing.

Lead QA and test engineering for an LLM-based multi-agent claims adjudication pipeline. Build automated evaluation frameworks, semantic and trajectory testing, function-call auditing, CI/CD regression, mocking layers, and tooling to ensure compliance and traceability for DOL/DOI audits.
