Build and deploy production AI solutions on Anthropic’s Claude platform for enterprise clients. Responsibilities include developing agents, MCP servers, RAG pipelines, integrations, evaluation harnesses, monitoring, security controls, and production workflows. The role partners with client stakeholders to scope use cases, demonstrate solutions, train users, and support adoption. It also contributes reusable AI patterns, skills, plugins, documentation, and delivery accelerators within a consulting team.

Build and deploy production generative AI solutions using Microsoft 365 Copilot, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry. Develop agents, RAG pipelines, integrations, evaluations, monitoring, and governance controls. Partner directly with clients to translate business needs into secure, measurable AI applications, provide training, and support adoption. The role requires strong Python or C# skills, Azure experience, Microsoft Copilot extensibility, Azure AI Search, and production LLM development.

Design and implement lakehouse data platforms using Microsoft Fabric and Databricks, build scalable ETL and ELT pipelines, develop enterprise semantic models, and deliver advanced Power BI dashboards. Translate client requirements into secure, performant analytics solutions while providing technical consulting, stakeholder guidance, training, documentation, and platform adoption support. Collaborate with project teams, contribute to data standards, and support business development through technical expertise.
