Provides post-production Workday Payroll support across multiple client engagements in a managed services environment. Responsibilities include troubleshooting, configuration, payroll processing, testing, release management, data validation, tenant migrations, root cause analysis, and client relationship management. The consultant collaborates with HCM, Benefits, Absence, Time Tracking, Reporting, and Integrations teams while identifying process improvements and maintaining Workday best practices.

Guide clients through Workday transformations by assessing organizational impacts, developing change and training strategies, creating learning materials, facilitating workshops and training, tracking adoption metrics, supporting testing and go-live readiness, and mentoring junior consultants. The role partners with stakeholders throughout implementation projects to enable effective technology adoption and sustainable business outcomes.
