Provide front-desk reception, manage calendars/room reservations/phone systems, draft correspondence, maintain digital and paper files, oversee common areas and supplies, coordinate mail, support purchasing and grant logistics, assist with events and employee recognition, and offer administrative coverage during staff absences.

Lead and supervise a team of Early Childhood Mental Health clinicians, provide reflective clinical supervision, design and deliver professional development and coaching for early educators, maintain a small caseload with family consultation and tailored Success Plans, conduct outreach to programs and vulnerable families, and advocate for inclusive, trauma-informed services. Requires MA licensure, a relevant master’s degree, and expertise in early childhood social-emotional development.

The Early Learning Specialist provides early literacy home visiting services, supporting parents and fostering child development to ensure kindergarten readiness.
