Design, build, and operate production agentic workflows, LLM eval/observability, and robust data ingestion pipelines. Own hybrid retrieval (vector, keyword, metadata), improve reranking and compression, and ship production-grade agent and MCP tooling while collaborating on integrations, incidents, and platform improvements.

Own end-to-end feature delivery across the full stack (Postgres schema, Kotlin services, GraphQL, Next.js UI). Maintain APIs and service health, optimize data layer and migrations, ensure high test coverage and CI/CD gates, build resilient observability and reliability patterns, mentor others, and integrate AI-native agentic tooling to accelerate development.
