Lead risk-based audits across finance, payments, compliance and IT; assess internal controls, safeguarding of client funds, AML/KYC processes, regulatory compliance (MFSA/FCA), financial statements, reconciliations and settlements. Prepare findings, report to management and Audit Committee, and monitor corrective actions to strengthen governance and controls across the group.

Monitor real-time transactions and daily reports to detect fraud and AML/CTF risks, investigate suspicious merchant and client activity, perform CDD/EDD and test transactions, collect supporting data, escalate/report issues, and recommend process improvements to enhance transaction monitoring efficiency and compliance.
