Lead the Acquiring product lifecycle for subscription and recurring payments. Define roadmap, manage backlog, optimize authorization and recovery rates, ensure scheme compliance (Visa/Mastercard), mitigate chargebacks and fraud, support KYC/KYB and AML, and collaborate cross-functionally with risk, compliance, engineering, finance, and go-to-market teams.

Manage and grow social channels and a bilingual (English/Russian) user community. Create short-form content, briefs, and visuals; run influencer and partner initiatives; maintain content calendar; track social metrics and optimize performance; collaborate with Brand Manager and designer; leverage AI tools for content production.

Design digital marketing assets, social posts, responsive landing pages, UI layouts, simple animations, and presentations. Collaborate with marketing, product, and development, maintain brand consistency, use AI tools, and optimize for accessibility and performance.
