Support daily fintech financial operations across Mastercard and Visa acquiring and issuing processes. Perform reconciliations against settlement reports, manage settlement processes, analyze interchange and scheme fees, evaluate partnerships and pricing changes, and assess acquiring partner profitability. Coordinate with PSPs on financial data exchange and performance tracking while identifying trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities.

Design and develop reliable Go-based payment gateway services for real-time financial transactions. Translate business needs into APIs, data models, and integrations; implement secure, PCI DSS-compliant solutions; optimize performance and concurrency; contribute to microservices architecture, testing, code reviews, and technical decisions. The role integrates payment providers and anti-fraud systems while supporting high availability, observability, scalability, and regulatory compliance.

Provide technical support to clients and partners using acquiring and payment systems. Register and categorize inquiries, diagnose transaction-processing and payment-gateway issues, resolve basic technical problems, and escalate complex incidents. Advise clients on payment software, document resolutions, and collaborate with internal teams. The role requires English and Russian communication, fintech experience, incident-monitoring and ticketing-system knowledge, and availability for rotating day and night shifts supporting 24/7 operations.
