Leads the corporate accounts department across sales, onboarding, account management, and client success. Owns revenue, acquisition, retention, go-to-market strategy, sales pipeline, forecasting, client processes, and commercial reporting. Partners with Product, Compliance, and Operations to develop payment solutions, manages escalated client issues, and builds a high-performing team.

Perform bank reconciliations, investigate discrepancies, process and validate supplier invoices, reconcile supplier statements, respond to vendor queries, and support month-end closing through accruals, reconciliations, audit documentation, and financial schedules. The role requires accurate transaction processing, strong bookkeeping and VAT knowledge, ERP experience, attention to detail, and fluent English and Russian.

Provide technical support to clients and partners using acquiring and payment systems. Responsibilities include categorizing inquiries, diagnosing transaction and gateway issues, resolving basic technical problems, advising users, documenting cases, and escalating complex incidents. The role requires collaboration with internal teams, clear communication in English and Russian, familiarity with payment processing technologies and monitoring or ticketing systems, and availability for rotating day and night shifts supporting 24/7 operations.
