Operate and maintain a ceramics studio: mix and maintain commercial glazes, trim pottery, load and unload kilns, and keep the studio organized and clean. Collaborate with team members and work independently to support daily studio operations.

Part-time internship supporting a ceramics/studio operation: assist with kiln loading, part processing, trimming, and glazing of pieces.

Greet customers, manage scheduling and client communications (text/phone), perform minor housekeeping, handle basic inventory tasks, and open/close the front desk.

Manage and organize a pottery/art studio and its team, fostering a positive studio culture. Oversee daily operations, team coordination, and maintain an organized workspace. Prior management experience is desired, candidates from outside art studios are welcome.
