Lead product strategy and roadmap for marketing technology across multiple brands, drive Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Data Cloud transformation, translate marketing needs into requirements and backlogs, partner with engineering and data teams, improve customer journeys (acquisition through retention), enable segmentation/personalization/campaign orchestration, measure KPIs, support A/B testing and AI-driven optimization, and lead a small product team while ensuring data governance and integrations.

The Director of Product will lead a product team at Colibri, focusing on AI-driven professional education products, driving revenue growth, and enhancing customer experience while managing the product lifecycle from concept to launch.

Sell and manage insurance licensing and continuing education solutions: acquire new clients, manage accounts, deliver demos/presentations, prospect and follow up using CRM, attend events, and meet revenue targets within an assigned territory.
