Lead and optimize frontline B2C sales operations, ensuring CRM (HubSpot) integrity, performance management, workforce planning, QA, reporting, and cross-functional alignment to meet revenue targets and scale processes.

Lead marketing strategy and performance for the Nurse Practitioner segment across awareness, acquisition, engagement, and retention. Use customer insight and analytics to set positioning, campaigns, offers, and lifecycle programs; partner with channel teams and agencies; prioritize testing and measurement; and manage and develop a team of marketing managers and coordinators.
