Lead and grow the Surveying Division across the Southeast by directing survey production, technology integration (RTK, LiDAR, UAV), QA/QC of plats and legal descriptions, client development, budgeting, proposal/fee work, and mentoring survey leadership and field staff to ensure regulatory compliance and high-quality deliverables.

Lead onsite as the Owner's Representative for a large K-12 capital construction program. Oversee scope, schedule, budget, contracts, quality, and project governance from conception through turnover. Coordinate multidisciplinary teams, provide construction oversight, resolve issues, mentor staff, build client and stakeholder relationships, support program strategy, and deliver project updates and documentation to clients and public entities.
