Lead the Health, Childcare and Computing curriculum portfolio, overseeing teaching quality, learner achievement, curriculum development, staffing, budgets, resources and operational planning. Manage and develop curriculum teams through coaching, performance management and continuous improvement. Build partnerships with employers, universities and stakeholders, promote inclusion and learner wellbeing, and expand Welsh-medium learning opportunities while contributing to wider college strategy.

Provide one-to-one, group and in-class support to learners with additional needs to help them access learning, build confidence and independence. Assist with organisation, time management, study and ICT skills, proofreading, accessible materials, supervision during private study, trips and basic physical needs. Maintain records, contribute to quality improvement, and participate in training while upholding equality, safeguarding and learner wellbeing.
