Maintain CRM data, prepare materials, collaborate with virtual assistants and teams (legal, finance), identify process bottlenecks, and improve pipeline visibility and conversion efficiency for sales leadership.

Manage escrow transactions end-to-end: review contracts, verify title and taxes, coordinate with lenders and underwriters, ensure accurate paperwork, close transactions, build agent relationships, train assistants, and support business development.

Provide front-line support to agents and branch leadership by troubleshooting office systems, assisting with agent onboarding, offering basic social media and marketing help, coordinating office organization and events, and promoting a positive office culture to support agent productivity and recruitment.
