Lead and develop Regional Support Leads who manage Regional Support Specialists. Hire, onboard, schedule, train, coach, and perform performance management. Act as liaison to branch leadership and RVPs, resolve agent/customer issues, collaborate with marketing/field leadership, analyze feedback, recommend process improvements, and drive team efficiency and culture across assigned market(s).

Support the Branch Manager by recruiting, onboarding, coaching, and retaining real estate agents; drive branch growth and profitability; train agents on tools and programs; ensure compliance with company policies and housing regulations; represent the company value proposition and provide staff direction.

Provide in-branch support to agents and branch leaders across technology, operations, onboarding, basic social media/marketing, office organization, event and culture initiatives, and inter-team coordination to improve agent success and office operations.
