Plan, create, and deliver culturally respectful communications for FCSS: manage social media and digital channels, produce posts/graphics/videos, draft messaging and scripts, design promotional materials, coordinate event communications, monitor engagement metrics, and ensure approvals, privacy, and cultural protocols are followed.

Serve as first point of contact for visitors and callers, manage mail and office supplies, prepare and organize documents, maintain files, dispatch contractors, and support department staff with clerical tasks while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.
