Manage Polish personnel administration, including employment and B2B contracts, personnel files, ZUS registrations, payroll data, time tracking, and employee documentation inquiries. Coordinate foreign-worker legalization, right-to-work verification, government communications, and permit-renewal deadlines. Maintain HRIS and payroll-system accuracy, ensure compliance with Polish labor law, and identify opportunities to improve HR processes. The role also supports general office administration.

Manages month-end and year-end close activities, including accruals, journal entries, and account reconciliations. Reviews invoices, payments, and expenses; reconciles bank accounts, cryptocurrency wallets, merchant accounts, and intercompany balances. Maintains accounting documentation and policy compliance, supports audits, and helps implement accounting systems and automation. Collaborates with operations, legal, and product teams to improve financial processes and reporting accuracy.

Provide day-to-day legal and regulatory advice on financial services, payments, crypto-assets, and EU regulations. Support licensing, registration, authorization, regulatory obligations, and regulator interactions across multiple jurisdictions. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, especially customer contracts. Advise on new products, partnerships, and market entry; conduct legal research; prepare opinions and risk assessments; and collaborate with Legal, Compliance, Finance, Product, commercial teams, external counsel, and regulators.
