Own and improve API and integration documentation, create quickstarts and sample applications, answer partner technical questions, and guide signed customers from requirements through production launch. Responsibilities include sandbox testing, provisioning after KYB and KYC approval, webhook validation, go-live checks, partner demos, onboarding automation, and feeding API issues back to Product and Engineering. The role requires hands-on API debugging, strong technical writing, comfort with ambiguity, and daily use of AI tools.

Lead end-to-end payments fraud and dispute strategy, build AI-native risk operations, manage vendor/processor relationships, run investigations and chargeback economics, hire and develop analysts, and translate risk metrics to executive-level business impact.

The role involves providing phone-based customer support, resolving cryptocurrency issues, maintaining call metrics, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
