Maintain general ledger and full sets of books, reconcile bank accounts and cryptocurrency wallets, process crypto transactions, assist month-end/year-end close, prepare financial statements, ensure regulatory compliance, support audits, and implement accounting systems and process improvements.

The Legal Counsel will advise on legal and regulatory issues, support product launches, and assist with corporate governance and legal disputes.

The role involves validating and analyzing trading P&L and risk in cryptocurrency, executing reconciliations, and providing performance insights.
