Support institutional, corporate, VIP, and high-net-worth clients by managing account records, client communications, trade bookings, settlements, executions, onboarding, and KYC reviews. Prepare presentations and proposals, coordinate meetings and follow-ups, monitor engagement, resolve client matters, and help clients use financial products effectively. The role requires strong client service skills, financial product knowledge, and bilingual Mandarin-English communication.

Supports accounting and financial operations for a digital-asset firm, including accounts payable, reconciliations, cryptocurrency transaction recording, month-end close, journal entries, reporting, audit documentation, and regulatory data validation. The intern also investigates discrepancies, collaborates across teams, and assists with process improvements and finance projects.

Analyze and reconcile financial data, investigate discrepancies, trace data origins, and automate manual validation checks using SQL and Python. Build and maintain Finance dashboards, document datasets, and make missing or inconsistent data visible. The role involves production data, reporting pipelines, version control, review processes, and clear communication of findings. No professional experience is required, but candidates should be numerate, detail-oriented, comfortable questioning data, and able to explain technical discrepancies clearly.
