Develop and lead paid-channel creative strategy for DTC health, beauty, and wellness brands. Create ad concepts, hooks, copy, scripts, and testing frameworks; analyze performance data to scale winners and improve underperforming creative. Research audiences, competitors, and trends; brief and guide designers, editors, UGC creators, and actors; collaborate with performance and product teams; and introduce AI tools and workflows to accelerate creative production.

Manage payment-related customer inquiries, refunds, cancellations, chargebacks, disputes, and PayPal claims across multiple e-commerce brands. The role requires working in Stripe and PayPal dashboards, gathering dispute evidence, monitoring fraud alerts, maintaining payment trackers, preparing KPI reports, updating SOPs, and coordinating with customer support and operations teams. Strong written English, accuracy, spreadsheet skills, and independent remote work capability are essential.

Owns email and SMS marketing execution across multiple brands. Builds and optimizes automated flows, develops customer segments, creates campaigns, conducts A/B tests, monitors revenue and conversion metrics, reports performance, and maintains deliverability and list health. The role requires hands-on Klaviyo experience, analytical skills, strong copy and design judgment, excellent written English, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced B2C e-commerce environment.
