Leads a global multidisciplinary engineering organization developing and commercializing semiconductor test platforms. Responsibilities include system architecture, technology roadmaps, AI-enabled engineering, stage-gate NPI, verification and validation, manufacturing readiness, customer engagement, and organizational leadership. The role oversees complex electromechanical product development, manages engineering managers and distributed teams, and partners with operations, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Develops and maintains production schedules aligned with capacity, demand, materials, and shipment commitments. Monitors production progress, bottlenecks, workloads, WIP, and factory KPIs; coordinates with production, procurement, inventory, customer service, and operations teams. Releases work orders, updates manufacturing commit dates, reports status, manages exceptions and RMAs, supports material reviews, analyzes delays, and recommends process improvements using ERP/MRP systems and Excel.

Purchases direct and indirect materials, manages demand and inventory, coordinates supplier relationships and quality issues, processes purchase orders in ERP, and improves logistics, lead times, safety stock, and supply chain performance.
