Teams at Cohesity

Drives revenue through inbound and outbound prospecting, lead qualification, discovery, product demonstrations, deal closure, and upselling. Manages SMB or commercial territories, maintains pipeline coverage, builds partner relationships, collaborates with account executives and sales engineers, and analyzes outreach performance. The role also mentors SDRs and sales associates while meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Provides technical support for Cohesity data protection platforms, including deployment, maintenance, monitoring, troubleshooting, performance tuning, and cluster expansion. Diagnoses backup issues across Hyper-V, VMware, Linux KVM, cloud platforms, and CentOS. Develops Python, Bash, and PowerShell automation scripts, analyzes logs and system diagnostics, supports APIs and PowerShell cmdlets, and communicates product improvement recommendations to engineering teams. Requires English and Spanish fluency and a staggered Tuesday-Saturday or Sunday-Thursday schedule.

Support enterprise sales by delivering technical solutions for Cohesity's data security and management platform. Lead discovery, demos, proofs of concept, solution design, and technical strategy with Account Executives. Enable customer integrations, address technical risks, conduct competitive positioning, and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Support. Provide post-sales assistance as needed.
