Own and support financial planning, forecasting, monthly close, and P&L analysis for Americas Sales and Channel & Alliances. Build financial models, scenario plans, KPI dashboards, and leadership reporting while identifying trends and recommendations. Collaborate with Corporate Finance, Revenue Operations, Talent Acquisition, HR, and sales leadership. Automate processes, leverage AI tools, and support strategic projects and business model transitions.

Own complex technical programs from kickoff through customer-facing release. Partner with Engineering, Product, and cross-functional teams to define execution plans, manage risks, establish milestones and KPIs, improve release quality, and drive accountability. Build AI-augmented tracking, reporting, and workflow automation systems while governing human oversight. Communicate portfolio risks and recommendations clearly to leadership using data-driven insights.

Own the technical sales motion for enterprise AI solutions, including discovery, architecture, demonstrations, proof-of-concept engagements, and executive-level technical narratives. Design RAG and generative AI solutions integrated with Cohesity’s data security platform, lead customer workshops, collaborate with hyperscalers and NVIDIA, and provide field feedback to Product and Engineering. The role requires strong AI, infrastructure, cloud, security, and pre-sales expertise.
