Drive outbound and inbound prospecting for the Japan region: build lists, identify decision-makers, run multi-channel outreach, qualify leads, book meetings for Account Executives, and develop product knowledge. Use CRM, prospecting tools, and AI to increase productivity and support pipeline growth.

The Technical Support Engineer will provide technical support for Cohesity products, troubleshoot complex issues, mentor other engineers, and participate in product previews.

Drive new customer opportunities by delivering technical sales support, demos, PoCs, and workshops. Enable integration of Cohesity products, lead secondary storage strategy, liaise with product management, and provide project management and post-sales technical assistance to ensure customer satisfaction.
