Establish and implement global compliance systems for operations within the manufacturing network. Responsible for surveillance of compliance, audit program development, risk identification, training on global compliance standards, and policy development. Must ensure systems are compliant with regulatory requirements. Requires 10-15 years of experience in Biotechnology quality and compliance roles, strong knowledge of global GxP expectations, and excellent collaboration and communication skills.

The Chief of Staff works closely with the CEO to drive strategic and operational analysis, manage large projects, and facilitate effective decision-making. Responsibilities include supporting executive meetings, preparing agendas, managing travel logistics, and overseeing board meetings. The role requires a BS/BA or MBA with 5 years of experience in executive support roles.
