Support and improve MOCVD epitaxial production of GaAs/InP optoelectronic devices through sustaining engineering: analyze characterization data, adjust recipes to maintain yield, apply SPC/DOE, and collaborate with production and R&D to support 24/7 manufacturing.

Lead manufacturing process improvements for precision optical production: analyze data, reduce cycle time and costs, design/qualify tooling and automation, apply Lean/Six Sigma and AI-enabled analytics, maintain process documentation, partner cross-functionally, drive CAPEX and continuous improvement projects, and train production staff.

Oversee day-shift manufacturing in a Class 10,000 cleanroom to meet production, quality, cost goals; prioritize schedules, train and develop personnel, enforce safety and gowning protocols, drive lean improvements, manage reporting and budget recommendations.
