Maintain proprietary test-suite software using C/C++, .NET languages, Python, and related technologies.

Requires collaboration across sales, engineering, marketing, operations, finance, legal, and partners. The role manages product requirements, prioritization, profitability, fulfillment objectives, and cross-functional delivery while influencing organizational priorities.

Leads new product introductions for crystal components, optical elements, and photonic subassemblies from concept through production release. Evaluates technical feasibility, manufacturability, materials, tolerances, inspection, and testing while coordinating customers, engineering, manufacturing, quality, supply chain, and R&D. Creates product documentation, leads qualification and phase-gate reviews, manages lifecycle risks, and develops metrics and dashboards to improve product quality, efficiency, and time-to-market.
