Supervises the Administrative Services team, assigning work, managing priorities, and supporting employee development. Oversees administrative service delivery, resource coordination, process standardization, budgets, vendors, office services, and service levels. Supports executives and leadership initiatives, coordinates special projects and communications, and drives continuous improvement and operational efficiency while maintaining applicable quality, environmental, and safety standards.

Leads backend semiconductor process engineering teams responsible for process control, yield, process development, technical problem-solving, and production targets. Sets priorities, coordinates with cross-functional groups, evaluates performance, mentors engineers, and represents the team internally and externally. Requires semiconductor processing knowledge, engineering statistics, project and team management skills, and willingness to work in cleanrooms around chemicals.

Leads laser welding process setup, development, qualification, and production recovery for a manufacturing line. Defines process parameters, equipment requirements, work instructions, controls, and acceptance criteria. Coordinates validation with engineering, manufacturing, quality, and suppliers; monitors yield and reliability; resolves root causes; supports production training; and drives continuous improvement. Maintains qualified equipment and ensures safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
