Lead Elyson community as senior executive, overseeing strategy, operations, finances, governance, resident experience, facilities, vendors, and a multidisciplinary team. Partner with the Board, Developer, and stakeholders to drive growth, build systems and processes, and ensure exceptional resident engagement and long-term community vision.

Oversee day-to-day community operations, resident support, governance, facilities, vendor management, and standards enforcement for a large-scale community. Coordinate maintenance, inspections, design review, budgets, and board/committee activities while leading staff, improving processes, and ensuring timely resolution of resident and operational issues.

Lead community engagement and communications at The Grove Frisco by developing programs, events, volunteer and partnership initiatives, managing a Community Life team, overseeing budgets and vendors, serving as liaison to the Board and stakeholders, and using resident feedback to shape long-term community strategy and execution.
