Supports the VP of EMEA by managing calendars, meetings, travel, expenses, priorities, and cross-functional initiatives. Leads the global Revenue Executive Assistant team, including performance management, career development, team operations, and process optimization. Coordinates special projects and team events while communicating with internal and external stakeholders and maintaining confidentiality.

Lead Cohere’s Data Foundation pillar, managing a team responsible for the full data lifecycle. Own the roadmap, BigQuery warehouse, Airflow and Cloud Run orchestration, dbt modeling, Looker and API serving, Terraform infrastructure, governance, access controls, reliability, incident response, and data freshness SLAs. Lead development of an agentic analytics platform and evaluation framework, establish company-wide analytics standards, and partner with product, engineering, security, legal, and business teams.

Develops and executes partner go-to-market strategies across Germany and the DACH region for enterprise and public-sector AI markets. Recruits and enables system integrators, cloud providers, resellers, consultancies, and technology partners; drives co-selling, joint pipeline generation, business planning, and ARR growth. Builds relationships with government stakeholders, advises on public-sector compliance and responsible AI, represents partner feedback internally, and promotes Cohere’s solutions through events and thought leadership.
