Lead US government affairs and public policy strategy for Cohere across federal and state levels. Monitor AI policy, craft responses to regulatory and legislative initiatives, cultivate relationships with lawmakers and regulators, support public-sector sales and procurement, manage external lobbyists and trade associations, and ensure compliance with lobbying and political laws.

The Chief of Staff will optimize sales operations, execute sales strategy, enhance cross-functional coordination, and lead performance analytics to support business growth.
