Manage and mentor a team of Forward Deployed Engineers to build and deploy agentic AI solutions on-premises with Cohere's North platform. Own technical implementation to delivery, collaborate with Product/Engineering/Sales, engage customer stakeholders, and define scalable processes for agent development and deployment across enterprise environments.

Evaluate and rank multimodal model outputs, stress-test and document failures, author and edit dataset prompts/responses, build and apply rubrics, perform high-quality annotations across text, image, and structured formats, participate in calibration checks, adapt to evolving tasks, and report model performance trends to cross-functional teams.

Own the full sales cycle in Korea for Cohere's enterprise AI platform: prospecting, outbound net-new acquisition, POC collaboration, channel partner engagement, and cross-functional coordination with Product, Engineering, Sales Development, and Sales Engineering to close large enterprise deals.
