Serve as a subject-matter expert for preferred securities and listed real estate strategies, supporting senior specialists, liaising with portfolio managers, distribution, and marketing, presenting to clients, responding to RFPs, delivering internal training, and helping drive client acquisition and retention.

Lead development and integration of the Salesforce CRM ecosystem, building Azure- and Fabric-based services and applications. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Marketing and others to design enhancements, resolve data and application issues, support business users, manage vendors, and shape CRM strategy and workflows.

Owns governance, quality, mastering, and lifecycle management of client and intermediary data across Salesforce, MDM platforms, and external data sources. Oversees data feeds, reconciliations, reporting workflows, vendor relationships, matching logic, survivorship rules, documentation, and issue resolution. Partners with Distribution, Marketing, Product, Technology, and leadership to improve data integrity, reporting automation, platform integration, and client intelligence capabilities.
