Perform outsourced accounting, reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, financial statement preparation, SEC reporting support, and technical accounting memo drafting. Advise clients on revenue recognition, leases, equity transactions, business combinations, and new accounting standards. Support audits, internal controls, process improvements, and automation initiatives while coordinating client engagements and mentoring junior staff.

Lead end-to-end Sage Intacct implementation projects from discovery through post-implementation support. Serve as the primary client advisor, design and integrate solutions, analyze business processes, guide financial reporting and compliance improvements, migrate historical data, and develop system requirements. Mentor junior consultants, lead complex project delivery, support testing and training, and recommend system optimizations aligned with client needs.

Tax interns gain hands-on professional services experience by assisting with tax compliance, return preparation, tax research, and planning. They collaborate with engagement teams, build relationships with mentors and peers, receive technical development feedback, and participate in firm initiatives such as business development, recruiting, DEI, and community service. The internship runs from early June through early August 2028, with full-time or part-time scheduling options.
