Lead tax planning, compliance, and consulting for privately held and PE-owned clients. Manage client engagements, supervise engagement teams, deliver tax-structure and buy/sell planning, support business development, and contribute to firm-wide projects to grow the Private Client Services practice.

Support clients with financial reporting and technical accounting: prepare/review financial statements, implement new accounting standards (ASC 842/606/805), research and draft technical memos, assist SEC reporting, perform reconciliations/journal entries, optimize accounting processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver client solutions and manage project delivery.

Lead buy- and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity, corporate, and owner-operator clients. Oversee quality-of-earnings, working capital, and cash flow analyses; review complex financials, ensure U.S. GAAP application, prepare transaction reports, and communicate findings. Serve as primary client contact, manage stakeholders, and supervise/coach senior associates and associates to build a high-performing team.
