Design, develop, and operate large-scale data ingestion, transformation, enrichment, and processing pipelines across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. Build distributed services using Java, Python, and Kafka; optimize data models and platform performance; deploy applications on Kubernetes; support infrastructure automation and CI/CD; troubleshoot production systems; and collaborate with customers and solution architects on implementations.

Supports technical and solution-oriented sales cycles for intelligence and security solutions. Leads discovery, solution design, proposals, demos, workshops, RFI/RFP submissions, and customer engagements. Builds relationships with technical and executive stakeholders, coordinates cross-functional teams, advises on engagement financials and risks, and influences product roadmap decisions. Designs solutions using analytics, SIGINT, cybersecurity, AI, telecommunications, big data, and cloud technologies.

Manage strategic sales across Germany and neighboring countries, focusing on military and defense organizations. Responsibilities include developing territories, generating opportunities, meeting quotas, managing pipelines, mapping customer technologies, identifying mission-critical needs, overseeing account activities, and executing partner sales plans. Requires German and English fluency, technical aptitude, strong communication skills, an established German military network, and travel of approximately 30%–50%.
