Build Cognition’s consulting-firm partner ecosystem with McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Kearney, and similar firms. Responsibilities include sourcing and recruiting partners, developing joint offerings, enabling alliances, supporting sales, closing business, and generating partner-initiated pipeline. The role requires executive relationship-building, consulting-firm expertise, technical fluency in AI products, and collaboration with sales, engineering, product, and marketing to create a scalable revenue channel.

Own the technical customer lifecycle from deployment through activation for Devin and Windsurf. Partner with engineering teams to identify use cases, lead demos and pilots, support integrations, drive adoption, implement customer-requested features, and provide product feedback. The role requires strong engineering skills, customer empathy, independent execution, clear communication, comfort with ambiguity, and willingness to travel across MENA approximately 50%.
