Leads and delivers eDiscovery projects for legal and regulatory matters, advising clients on electronic data identification, collection, preservation, processing, review, analytics, and production. Manages project scope, estimates, staffing, timelines, workflows, quality control, budgets, and client communications. Coordinates internal technical teams, review services, and third-party providers while mitigating risks and resolving project issues. Requires advanced Relativity expertise, including structured analytics, TAR, and Relativity aiR, plus strong eDiscovery project management experience.

Drive growth of Cognicion's Cyber Incident Response (CIR) service line by identifying prospects, upselling and cross-selling services, building partnerships with law firms and insurers, securing panel positions, overseeing marketing and onboarding, and serving as primary client contact to ensure satisfaction and retention.

The Business Development Manager will drive revenue growth through business strategies, client relationship management, and marketing initiatives in the eDiscovery sector.
